The staff were really helpful and friendly, giving us tips and recommendations for New Year's Eve celebrations. They even helped us make reservations at a nearby restaurant. The location of the hotel was superb, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the attractions. Plus, the room had a stunning view of the city skyline, making our New Year's Eve even more special.

We were disappointed to find that the hotel bar and restaurant were closed for the night. We were really hoping to ring in the new year with a delicious meal and some celebratory drinks, but unfortunately, we had to venture out in search of an alternative option.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchenettes. The blend of art-nouveau and modern style in the building was impressive. The breakfast served at the hotel was also delicious. The personnel were kind and helpful.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. the view from our room was breathtaking, and the hotel's art deco mixed with traditional decor was fantastic. the location was perfect, with easy access to landmarks and walking tours. the breakfast served in the beautiful restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of hot and cold options. it was a perfect weekend in a perfect city, thanks to Neiburgs.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. the location couldn't have been more perfect. Situated right in the heart of the charming old town, I was able to explore the cobbled streets and enjoy street-side seats to eat from the restaurant. It was truly a unique and atmospheric setting.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is right in the centre of the old town, so you can easily explore the beautiful streets and attractions. One of the highlights is having breakfast with a nice calm view of the DOM cathedral. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about transportation.

Some staff members seemed confused and inept when it came to arranging transportation to the airport, causing delays and distress for guests.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the spacious rooms that were nicely decorated. the breakfast buffet served a wide variety of hot and cold food, including juices and hot drinks. the hotel's location couldn't have been better, with all tourist attractions and many great restaurants and bars just a few minutes' walk away.

Their attitude made us feel unwelcome during check-in and check-out, which was a real downer. we found the isolation of the windows to be poor, allowing a lot of street noise to enter our room.

The breakfast buffet had a limited selection but the food was excellent and fresh. The reception staff were very helpful. I stayed in a quiet back room and the internet speed was good. I recommend this hotel.

The facilities also include top-notch wi-fi, 24-hour reception and security, bar/lounge area, fitness studio, massage. Amazing value for money!

our stay at the hotel in riga was amazing! the location in the old town was unbeatable, and the renovated rooms were spacious and modern, feeling more like apartments. the views from the windows were breathtaking, and the staff was friendly and professional. highly recommend!
