Xmas at this hotel was a memorable experience. Likes included the lovely wooden buildings as well as the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The location was unbeatable, being just a stone's throw from the concert hall and offering stunning views of the area. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

Dislikes were limited to the outdated rooms, which could benefit from modernization. the playground was not well-maintained with a number of pipes posing potential hazards.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the impressive restaurant on-site. The prices for food, drink, and massage were reasonable, and I was especially pleased with the excellent masseur who helped alleviate my back pain. it was a clean and enjoyable experience.
