The front desk staff at Aqua Rio were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They promptly returned my lost credit card and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city on foot. The security measures in place also made me feel safe during my stay.

As young holiday goers, we loved the friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location near restaurants and stores. Great hot showers and access to American TV channels. Secure property with helpful security guard.

I recently stayed at Aqua Rio for a 3-day trip and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The hotel's location just south of the popular spots on Reveloucion was perfect. The rooms were clean and the staff did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy. The beds were comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. The amenities were great, including a flat-screen TV with cable, hot water, heating and air conditioning. The staff were efficient and the lobby had a convenient coffee station and a small bar with a TV and computer. The wifi was reliable and the continental breakfast was a nice touch. I had a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend Aqua Rio.

Complimentary 24-hour coffee and American TV channels were available. Rooms and bedding were clean and looked new. Housekeeping staff were readily available and helpful. Security guard present.

The room was modern and updated, and the dollar value of the stay was excellent. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance of many restaurants and Calle Revolución. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre and everything you need is just a few steps away. Despite being out of the main tourist area, the location is still very safe. Had an absolutely fantastic stay over Christmas! The complementary drink at check-in was a nice touch and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi in the room was spotty at times, but not a major issue as we were out exploring most of the time. The street noise was a bit loud at night, but to be expected in a central location.

Convenient downtown location, only 5 minutes from the border. Friendly staff, including the maid, front desk attendant, and office manager. Good communication with the maid despite language differences. Nighttime security adds to peace of mind.
