Additionally, the hotel was surrounded by scenic parks, adding to the overall charm. I was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff who made my birthday extra special by arranging a surprise in-room celebration.

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent with a great choice of almost everything. the beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel is situated in a key location, with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shopping centers. the hotel is just a short walk away from the park and the city's public transport stations.

the shower cabin in the room caused a flooding issue every time, which was quite inconvenient. the temperature in the room during winter was quite cold, and requesting an electric heater was necessary to make it more comfortable.

The beds in our twin room were narrower and softer than what we are used to, which affected our sleep quality. we would have liked to have decaf coffee available in the room.

The hotel is situated in a great location, right next to a beautiful central park. It is absolutely in the center, making it easy to get a bus to-and-from the airport. The neighborhood is close enough to easily walk to Old Town, but far enough away from it so you can escape the mayhem. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with iron boards, coffee/tea makers, and extra pillows. The bathroom has hot water with decent pressure and both a shower and bathtub.

The technology in the rooms could use an update, with USB outlets and better entertainment options on the TV.

Spending thanksgiving at a hotel was surprising but fantastic! the hotel was perfectly located between the old town and the city, making it easy to explore both areas without any hassle. the view of the nearby park was mesmerizing & the rooms were spacious and clean. the breakfast had a good range of gluten-free and lactose-free options. the best part was the tea kettle and coffee machine in the room; brewing a hot cup of coffee and enjoying the park view was a perfect start to the day!

The bathroom shower lacked proper planning, and the water flow faced towards the outside of the bath, causing a slippery floor. the other downside was that the hotel charged for Wi-Fi, which seemed a bit old-fashioned as most hotels now offer it for free.

I've stayed at Radisson Blu Elizabete before and it's always been a great experience. the hotel has a perfect location, just a short walk away from the touristic old city but still far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and they even allowed us to check in a bit earlier than expected. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast spread is impressive, with a variety of options and excellent coffee. Radisson Blu Elizabete has left a great impression on me.
