We loved the spacious and clean room, and how comfortable the beds were. The pool and hot tub were also a great touch for relaxation. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Despite minor noise from the nearby highway, we had a pleasant stay. highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Visitor's Inn in Hamilton! The rooms were recently renovated, spacious, and good value for money. The location was convenient, not far from downtown, and the staff were friendly and organized during our check-in process.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and I am thoroughly impressed by the level of luxury and comfort provided. The location was perfect with plenty of interesting things to see and do in the neighbourhood. The service was top-notch with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available at all times. The room amenities included ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The in-room dining table and sitting area were nice touches that made me feel right at home. Additionally, the leisure facilities such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were wonderful ways to unwind after a day of exploring.

I highly recommend this place.

My family and I spent our Xmas getaway at a hotel that had some good aspects. we received complimentary sweets and coffee in the lobby, which was a thoughtful gesture. the location was superb, we were able to walk to all the nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions with ease. Lastly, the indoor pool was perfect, and my kids enjoyed it a lot.

The experience also had its worst aspects. We found some trash under the couch, which was a huge turn off.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is right off the highway. However, there are no many places around to eat, but one can find different food options a short drive away, away from the stadium. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff pays attention to detail, including the toilet paper that is folded in a triangle. The hotel offers many facilities, like a great pool and hot tub, and the front desk allows early check-in and late check-out upon approval.

The hotel parking lot does not have enough security cameras, lighting, or fencing.
