We had an amazing view from our room, just like the previous guests mentioned. The large window overlooked the beautiful Opera House and gardens, creating a picturesque setting. The location of the hotel in the centre of Riga Old Town was perfect for exploring the historic buildings and churches on foot. The reception staff were excellent, always providing helpful directions and information about the city. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including sausages, bacon, omelette, cold meats. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a truly relaxing experience. I would recommend this hotel for its stunning views, convenient location, and excellent amenities.

Exceptionally clean hotel with fantastic spa facilities. Reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even arranging taxis for us. Special touches like a personalized cake and bath salts made our stay extra memorable. Highly recommend this luxurious establishment.

The complementary breakfast and WiFi were a nice touch. the hotel is situated in an excellent location, right in the heart of the city center, making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always on hand to assist with any questions or concerns.

The decor could do with an update, as the rooms felt a bit outdated and in need of modernizing. the bathroom was small and lacked some of the amenities that you might expect in a hotel of this kind, such as a heated towel rail or a larger shower cubicle.

Everything felt brand new, as the hotel is only three years old. the breakfast service was good, with a decent selection available. We especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, which offered stunning views. the hotel staff, who spoke excellent English, were polite and helpful. With its multiple saunas and amenities, the hotel spa is sure to attract locals. We also loved the convenient location, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, all within easy walking distance.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel provided luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, with a beautiful indoor swimming pool and sauna. We enjoyed a massage and facial in the treatment room and relaxed on the sun loungers in the spa lounge. the restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast and special diet menus cater to all guests' preferences. the location was perfect, with private facilities, which added to the exclusive feeling.

The only minor issue was the occasional slow service in the bar/ lounge area. Nonetheless, the staff immediately apologized, and we received complimentary coffee/tea while we waited.
