Clean room and daily fresh towels made me happy.

Bashar at the reception was incredibly helpful, providing great advice on local dining and activities, which made our stay much more enjoyable.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor and inconsistent, making it frustrating to stay connected during my visit.

the rooms are way too close to the neighbors, so privacy is non-existent—not ideal for someone like me. it’s positively outrageous that they wanted to charge me for ice chips! I was also expecting a complimentary upgrade for the inconveniences. alas, none was provided. shame, as i almost wanted to give a good review.

Air conditioning and free toiletries. The spa had fantastic massage options. Staff were super helpful with tips on places to eat nearby.

We had a spacious room with a big comfy balcony to relax, while the breakfast was tasty enough to start our day right. The hotel offers excellent massage options like deep tissue and aromatherapy that really helped us unwind after exploring. The Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a pleasant stay! 😊

It was just a commendable fit for a quick trip in Beirut with good value for money. The location is great, just a short walk to Hamra Street. Stay away from the smoking rooms or check the room first before settling in.

Rooms are spacious with excellent linens and modern amenities. A/C only heats in winter.
