Noise levels could be an issue, especially if the room is located close to the hotel cafe.

When we arrived at 4 am, they were still able to check us in quickly and efficiently, even though the hotel was nearly empty. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the room was spacious and clean. Despite being a bit cold outside, the air conditioning provided excellent heating. We enjoyed a nice breakfast every morning before heading out to explore the city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Beirut.

Clean and spacious rooms, hospitable staff, perfect location, walking distance to amenities, free airport pick-up, excellent breakfast variety. Passionate and helpful staff members Abir, Wiam, Chida, Essan, and Khalid make the stay pleasant and go above and beyond to assist guests.

The hotel had a few maintenance issues, such as a strong smell of paint and dust in the room, loud music in the corridors in the morning, and faulty room door. Lobby toilets were dirty and not cleaned regularly.

The hotel is new and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and good quality linen. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially Mr Ahmed the manager who went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had in Lebanon, offering great value for money. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the limited free water and occasional Wi-Fi disconnection, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. I highly recommend this establishment for your stay in Beirut.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Concerto. The central location allowed us to easily explore downtown and other beautiful spots in Beirut. The staff were professional and always ready to assist us. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The daily room service was excellent, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay.

Had a great stay over the weekend. the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and gym access, which was a great start to the day. the location of the hotel was perfect - right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to some amazing local restaurants. A major plus was the comfortable beds!

The occasional noise from nearby construction and a minor issue with the toilet light being unable to turn off.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious and clean, with a great view of the sea from the balcony. The staff provided excellent service, and the daily room service was a nice touch. the breakfast had a good variety, satisfying everyone's tastes.

The only drawback was the temporary issue with the hotel's payment system, which required cash.
