I was delighted with my recent stay at Hotel Wakim. The room I stayed in had a breathtaking view of the mountains, making my mornings extra special. The cleanliness and hygiene of the room were impeccable, including the well-maintained kitchen utensils and appliances. The staff, particularly Mr. Chris at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, providing an adapter for charging my mobile and washing detergent for my laundry. The location of the hotel in the beautiful town of Beit Mery was perfect, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery and close to churches, monasteries, and traditional houses. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a convenient and memorable stay.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the economic situation of the country. The attention to detail is impressive, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The location in the mountains adds to the charm, with easy access to different entertainment facilities and the bustling Broummana center. Additionally, the hotel is well-situated, close to many restaurants offering a variety of dining options.

The only minor issue was the bathroom hand shower not being fixed properly.

Value exceeded expectations, centry located, cute and cozy with character, friendly and cheerful staff, comfortable spacious rooms.

The rooms are spacious and relatively new, offering comfortable mattresses and pillows. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing personalized attention to detail and quick responses to requests. Additionally, there are breathtaking views of the mountains from some rooms.

The hotel could improve by providing more than one toilet paper roll for a two-night stay.

Spent Thanksgiving weekend at a hotel and it was a great experience! Loved the spacious rooms and the comfy beds. the best aspects of this place were the helpful staff and the peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the hotel offered free parking which was a huge convenience.

The pillows were a bit too high for my liking, but that's a personal preference. the curtains weren't able to completely block out the sunlight, so I woke up a bit earlier than expected.
