We had a wonderful stay at Imperial Suites. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to all the important places. The hotel itself was recently renovated, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The mini kitchenette and iron in the room were convenient additions. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The WiFi connection was reliable, and the breakfast provided was delicious and varied. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in the heart of the city.

During my Christmas stay, the room had a mini kitchenette that came in handy for warming up leftovers. the location was great, right in the middle of all the action. electricity was on 24/7 which meant no power outages during the holiday period.

The building itself is quite old and outdated, and the room was not in great shape. the bathroom lacked basic cleanliness, the showerhead was leaking, and the staff did not seem experienced enough to handle guest complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to vital spots. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From the warm welcome at reception to the excellent room service provided by Mr. Saeed, the service was impeccable. We were even treated to a room upgrade, thanks to Mr. Zahy. The staff in the restaurant, Mr. Haitham and Ms. Rola, were also amazing, ensuring that we had a delicious and varied breakfast each morning. This place truly exceeded our expectations.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with residential areas nearby and a beautiful promenade just a short walk away. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a well-equipped gym and a refreshing swimming pool. a fantastic experience!

That the in-room menu for food and beverages was not readily available, which would have been a nice addition to the overall experience.
