My stay at Lancaster Raouche was worth every penny, with a spacious room and a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was convenient, surrounded by a clean and luxurious neighborhood. The staff treated me with great manners and promptly met all my needs.

We loved this place! The location is perfect, close to all sites and the seaside. The service is top-notch, with room service available and the staff have outstanding hospitality at every shift. The amenities are fantastic, from the cozy sitting areas, to the clean in-room amenities including air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The spa and wellness centre is the perfect place to relax with a sauna and jacuzzi available. Plus, the luggage storage and 24-hour reception made our stay a breeze.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the city center, but in a quiet area. I really enjoyed the convenient free pick-up service from the airport. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing outstanding hospitality throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I particularly liked the cozy sitting area and the soundproofed rooms. The hotel also had a nice restaurant and bar, where I had a delicious meal. I had a fantastic experience here.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the sea side with easy access to all the main attractions in this city. The staff, especially Mr. Mazen at the front desk, were extremely accommodating and professional. The shuttle service for pick up and drop off was convenient. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast provided was good and the kitchen staff were friendly.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is just a short walk from the open beach, making it perfect for those who want to spend their days by the sea shore. Additionally, it is conveniently close to the Beirut downtown area, making it easy to explore all the main attractions in Beirut.

There have been a few issues reported with the mini bar. Some guests have mentioned that they were asked multiple times if they had taken anything from the mini bar, which can be seen as unprofessional and insulting.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ali and Hasan. They provided us with electrical plugs for free, and we always received prompt and free water whenever we asked for it. the food at the restaurant was delicious, and we loved the shisha, which was one of the best in the city. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and amenities.

We experienced some inconveniences during our stay. There were random knocks on our door early in the morning, which interrupted our sleep multiple times.

I arrived late at night, expecting a free shuttle bus to pick me up, but unfortunately, it never arrived. This led to additional expenses and wasted time trying to find alternative transportation.

We had a short overnight stay - free airport pick up and drop off was most welcome. Lancaster desk at airport immediately after exit from customs hall. Staff all very helpful. Room very comfortable and well equipped - we were upgraded to an exec suite. Restaurant was booked for a party but room service choice was extensive and food good. Another great thing about the hotel is the free access to the pool and private beach of Lancaster Eden Bay, which is amazing. They also offer free buses every 2 hours to Eden Bay and ABC Verdun Mall. The location is great, with many day and night activities within a 10-20 minute drive. Most of the friendly and helpful staff made our stay more enjoyable.

The hotel was centrally located and easy to get to all the main attractions. Our room was spacious with a great view of the city skyline.

The hotel was a bit outdated and could do with some renovations. There was also a persistent musty smell in the room which was not pleasant.
