We recently stayed at a hotel closer to the airport, and our experience at Lancaster Tamar Hotel- Hadath was outstanding. the hotel staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. the rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing space to unwind. the wifi connection was reliable and allowed us to stay connected during our trip. the highlight was the hotel driver who accommodated our early morning flight by picking us up at 4:30am, before the scheduled time. He was not only punctual but also very friendly, leaving us with a positive impression of our trip to Lebanon.

The WiFi on my floor was unsecured, which meant there was no password to protect my data. This was a bit concerning.

The amazing staff provided top-notch customer service and made me feel welcome with a refreshing welcome drink. The room was equipped with all amenities, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and comfortable sitting area. The leisure pool and poolside snack bar were great additions to my stay, and the seasonal outdoor pool and garden area were very impressive.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with helpful staff providing excellent service. The breakfast is great, offering a variety of options. The hotel also offers free airport pickup and drop-off, making travel convenient.

The hotel has some negative aspects as well. The room has a strong smell of cigarettes and damp, and there were noise disturbances from dogs barking throughout the night.

We were delighted to have 24/7 electricity, a rarity in Lebanon. Despite some minor faults, we highly recommend staying at Lancaster Tamar Hotel- Hadath.
