I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Kyoto that I would highly recommend. The location was fantastic, with a 7Eleven conveniently close by for any last-minute needs. The hotel also provided detailed instructions in the room, making it easy to navigate the surrounding area. In terms of transportation, it was a short walk to several train lines, allowing for easy exploration of Kyoto. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The service was excellent, with attentive and helpful staff. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including delicious soups. the hotel provided a great experience.

I did notice that the bathroom cleanliness could have been improved.

The hotel had a beautiful blend of modern and traditional elements, creating a luxurious and enchanting atmosphere.

Staying at this hotel, I was very pleased with its location. It is within walking distance of the main attractions and very close to the subway station. The room had an authentic Japanese feel, with tatami flooring and plenty of sunlight. It was neat and spacious. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel restaurant could have offered more affordable options as it was overpriced.

We had a fantastic stay at Resol Trinity. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, from assisting with our luggage to providing excellent English-speaking service at the 24-hour front desk. the public baths were absolutely breathtaking and truly relaxing. the rooms, although on the smaller side, were impeccably clean, stylish, and well-designed. the hotel facilities were stunning, and we also enjoyed dining at the onsite restaurant, café, and bar. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I loved staying at this place! The neighborhood was quiet but cool, and I could walk to all the tourist places easily. The staff was super friendly and they gave me a welcome drink upon arrival. The room had everything I needed, including a flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. I also enjoyed the spa & wellness center, where I got a full body massage and relaxed in the public bath.

I highly recommend this venue to everyone!

Our stay at Resol Trinity was fantastic. The room had a lovely traditional Japanese touch, with a cozy atmosphere and a comfortable king bed. We particularly enjoyed the public bath on the 1st floor, which was a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring. The hotel's facilities were clean and convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also great, with charming bars nearby that were less crowded than other popular areas. we had a wonderful experience at Resol Trinity Kyoto.

We especially enjoyed the public baths, which were relaxing and scenic. the hotel provided free water and had electric blackout blinds in the rooms, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay.

While the overall cleanliness of the room was good, there were a few surfaces with a bit of dust that could be improved. the separate mattresses on the bed occasionally broke apart, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Beautiful design, spacious rooms with tatami floors. Breakfast has Japanese and Western options. Close walking distance to modern downtown and short travel time to temples and shrines. Skincare products on check-in and Onsen smell was incredible. Found charming bars in the area.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from great restaurants and the local train station. My room was sparkling clean, and even had automatic blackout curtains! I highly recommend staying at Resol Trinity for a great trip to Kyoto.

The rooms were beautifully designed in a traditional Japanese style with a modern touch. the location was convenient, close to various train stations and with a market and shopping area nearby.

There was a lack of a baby change bin in the baby change toilet, which made it inconvenient to dispose of used diapers. Vegans and vegetarians may also not find suitable options at the evening restaurant.

We recently stayed at a city hotel and our experience was great! the hotel had a complimentary breakfast, which was a great start to the day, and offered tea and coffee in the lobby all day long. the location was perfect, with the subway station nearby and various restaurants just a short walk away. Our room was cozy and clean with all the necessities we needed for our city break.

The robes and slippers provided were not very accommodating for taller guests, and the cleaning service was only provided every three days. the pillows in the room were quite soft and the staff seemed to struggle with English comprehension at times.
