I recently stayed at a hotel nestled in the mountains and had a truly relaxing experience. The spacious rooms and bathrooms were a delight, and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony to soak in the picturesque views. The food at the hotel exceeded my expectations, with excellent quality and taste. The staff were also incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful mountain getaway.

Although my stay was wonderful, I did notice that some rooms lacked certain amenities such as a minibar, tea/coffee maker, and hairdryer in the bathroom.

Amazing location, delicious F&B options, stunning pool, beautiful and clean room with balcony and great view, well-maintained and quiet atmosphere.

For us it was ideal.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the mountains for a weekend. the view from our room was amazing, we could see the beautiful pine trees in the mountains. the location was perfect, right near restaurants and bars. the breakfast was delicious and we particularly appreciated the fresh fruit.

The hotel was quite dated and the rooms were in need of renovation. the noise from other guests was excessive, making it hard to sleep.

Good breakfast, comfortable bed, accommodating staff, great location, and lovely balcony view.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to all the nearby restaurants on the mountain where the weather is much cooler than downtown Beirut. It is also conveniently close to many stores and cafes, making it convenient for guests to explore the area. The outdoor reception area is stunning and provides a charming atmosphere for guests to relax and enjoy their surroundings. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, satisfying vegetarians and vegans alike. the hotel provides a pleasant and enjoyable experience for guests.

The pool facilities could use some improvement in terms of management and maintenance.

This hotel was a luxurious experience. From the exclusive amenities provided to the beautiful sun terrace, every detail was taken care of. The staff was attentive and made me feel right at home. The outdoor swimming pool and garden area were stunning, adding to the picturesque location advantage. Not to mention, the restaurant offered delicious breakfast options with special diet menus available. I had a fantastic stay and felt pampered every step of the way.

My only minor issue during my stay was the slightly slow service at the poolside snack bar. However, this was a small hiccup in an otherwise perfect experience.
