I recently stayed at Ramada in Beirut for a week-long vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and cooperative, especially the man from the laundry and housekeeping department with his stunning smile. The view from the balcony was absolutely wonderful, providing a picturesque backdrop for my stay. The toilets in the hotel were also well-maintained and had a very nice appearance. Additionally, the gym equipment was top-notch, allowing for a great workout experience.

Would recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is situated close to the Beirut coastline. Everything you need is within reach, with numerous restaurants in the area of Raouche. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome during your stay. The rooms are comfortable and the beds ensure a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provides a satisfying start to your day. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, allowing you to relax and take in the beauty of the surroundings.

The cleanliness of the carpets can be improved, as some guests have mentioned that they were dirty and had a lingering smell of smoke.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break. It was centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the tourist attractions. Additionally, the hotel offered valet parking, which was convenient for us as we had a rented car. We didn't have to worry about finding parking spaces or paying parking fees in the city.

There were some negative aspects that we didn't like about our stay. the service was below par.

The location of the hotel was great, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still accessible with a quick taxi ride. It was also within walking distance to the Raoche rock, where we enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset. the staff at the hotel were attentive and friendly, especially Lara and Mohamad at the front reception. They were helpful and made sure our needs were taken care of.

The reception staff could use some improvement in their customer service skills. They appeared tired and not very helpful, often busy on their phones instead of greeting guests with a warm smile.

I was pleasantly surprised by the central location of the hotel, which allowed me to easily explore popular attractions like Raouché's Pigeon Rocks. The front desk staff at Ramada were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even going so far as to upgrade me to a better room when I expressed dissatisfaction with my initial room choice. This level of service really made a difference in my stay.

Great location, just a short walk to Hamra region with its restaurants and shops. Also close to a beautiful seaview spot perfect for sunsets. the rooms were well-designed and comfortable.

Not all rooms had a view of the sea, some of them were a bit warm even in the winter. the breakfast was decent but not amazing.
