we had a delightful stay at Tanoa. the hotel was very clean, our room was pleasant with a lovely city view and fresh scent. amenities like a mini refrigerator, safe, ironing board, and closet were provided. the location was perfect, just a short distance from key landmarks like Albert Park, Thurston Botanical Garden, and the Fiji Museum. the staff, particularly the general manager Mere and Anisha at Reception, were exceptionally welcoming and professional. breakfast included had a good variety, except for the artificial orange juice.

The Executive Rooms at Tanoa Plaza Hotel are so cozy and luxurious. the king-size bed and private balcony give such a homely feel. The harbor views are just breathtaking, making me feel relaxed and at ease. Cons: I personally found the breakfast selection a bit average, but some might enjoy it.

Excellent customer service when we arrived early, they managed to check us in and provide a ready room. The room was recently renovated, with a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Room service was prompt and efficient. The location was convenient, with cheap taxi fares to nearby attractions. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in the area.

While breakfast was delightful, the fake orange juice was a bummer as I prefer no added sugars. 🍊 the pool and sun terrace were perfect for chilling out, adding a touch of relaxation during my stay. the shower's lack of a door was a bit inconvenient, leading to water splashing outside, but it didn't dampen my overall awesome experience.

The exceptional staff at this hotel truly made my stay memorable, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly during my workshop. the convenient location near Suva's landmark sites was a definite plus. improvements could be made in terms of cleanliness, with some areas needing more attention.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Its location is absolutely perfect, being close to everything in town. We were able to easily explore the main attractions of the city, as well as enjoy some shopping at the nearby shopping center. The service here was top-notch, with the staff providing great hospitality. They have an all-hands-on-deck attitude when it comes to giving guests the best service possible. The room was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed, including a sitting area and a soundproofed room. The restaurant served delicious breakfast and dinner options. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

As for the negatives, there was nothing to criticize about our stay here. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location near city center, easy accessibility to the main attractions. the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant's food, which was delicious and reasonably priced.

The lifts were frequently busy, resulting in a short wait to reach our desired floor. Noise from construction work could be heard early in the morning, which disrupted our sleep.
