The hotel offered us a complimentary late check-out and helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. The panoramic view from the balcony was fantastic, and the beds were very comfortable. there were plenty of options for good places to eat nearby, and the hotel had a pool and gym, making it an ideal location for a city break.

While the room was comfortable, the room service menu was quite expensive. the bathroom shower door didn't close properly, which resulted in the bathroom floor becoming a bit flooded after every shower.

The hotel is located near beautiful local areas, just a short distance from the city center and main attractions. It's close to both the National Museum and the Badaro nightlife area. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great shower rooms. The staff is polite and helps as much as possible.

This venue is a true gem that exceeded my expectations. The luxurious amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, Live entertainment and Indoor swimming pool, made me feel pampered and relaxed. Not to mention the exclusive room advantages that fulfilled my every need. The restaurants were outstanding, particularly the Snack bar where the menu selection was diverse and tasty.

During my stay, I encountered only one minor issue. Although the service was top-notch, I experienced a small delay in some of my requests.

had a lovely stay at the smallville, just as great as the first time. staff were friendly and accommodating, allowed us to check in early. great location with plenty of eateries nearby. the room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette and a beautiful bathroom. overall, a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.
