We had a great value for our money at B-Smart Hotel. The room was fantastic with a luxurious design and a fantastic shower. The location was perfect with beautiful views of the mountains, and the staff treated us really well.

The breakfast selection could have been better with a wider variety of options.

The rooms are modern and clean with super comfy beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast is exceptional, with a variety of quality products and even the option to cook your own fried eggs. The hotel also offers great facilities, including a wellness area and ample parking space.

It should be noted that the hotel lacks a reception and phone in the room, making it difficult to address any issues or make necessary calls.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff here provided excellent customer service and were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure that I had everything I needed and showed a lot of patience in assisting me with the self check-in process. The rooms were modern, neat, and tidy, with all the necessary amenities that I could ask for. The flat-screen TV and soundproofed rooms provided a comfortable and quiet environment, perfect for relaxation. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a lovely terrace and patio where I could enjoy the stunning view of the mountains.

The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise with local goodies, and the sauna was nice, although I felt like a roasted chicken. It was entertaining watching other guests attempt outdoor activities like snowshoeing and sledging.

No free slippers in the room. I had to tiptoe around like a ninja on the cold floors.
