They even upgraded my room and promptly changed it when I mentioned a slight noise issue. the hotel's location is perfect, close to attractions like Adams Peak and the 9 Arch Bridge. the restaurant serves delicious food, and the atmosphere is unbeatable. We had a fantastic stay at Heritage in Ella. the staff was incredibly polite and considerate, especially Sarsi who went above and beyond to help us. He even called the train station to assist with reserving our train tickets. the location of the property was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the main street with plenty of restaurants and bars. the staff organized trips for us and provided valuable information about the attractions in the area. the rooms were exceptionally clean and the views were spectacular.

The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with hair found in the bathtub. The design of the rooms, especially the bathroom, was not practical and could lead to flooding.

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main street of Ella. It was convenient for shopping, getting around in tuk tuks and buses, and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff at Heritage were amazing, they made me feel right at home and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They helped me plan trips and ensured I wasn't overcharged by my driver. Neil even provided me with helpful photos for my hike to Ella Rock, saving me money on a guide. The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast spread was more than I could ask for. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the view from the hotel was breathtaking. my experience at Heritage made my trip to Ella truly memorable. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

I had the most amazing experience at a certain property called Heritage in a beautiful location. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Even the limited English-speaking security guard went out of his way to fulfill my late-night request for some salt, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. the manager and staff were warm, friendly, and provided excellent assistance, including giving me directions for nearby attractions and preparing a delicious breakfast every morning. the views of the surrounding area, especially Ella Rock, were absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this destination.
