the attic room was small but had all the necessary facilities and the location was great for exploring the city. exceeded expectations with beautiful artwork, accommodating staff, and a family-friendly atmosphere. will definitely stay again!

The location of this hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city. It was convenient to walk to all the main attractions and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions or provide recommendations.

There were several negative aspects of my stay. the room was extremely hot as there was no air conditioning.

The staff went above and beyond by lending me a charger for my phone, which was a lifesaver. The hotel also boasts beautiful artwork and is conveniently located just a short walk from the city center. The 24/7 reception was a plus, and the staff were accommodating and friendly.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with spotless bathrooms and well-maintained rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing a friendly attitude towards dogs. During my Christmas stay, I found two complementary facts offered by the hotel to be a plus. The breakfast was wonderful, and I loved the coffee/tea and sweets they left in my room. The hotel’s central location made it easy to reach the main attractions. the lobby's cozy fireplace and birds gave the area a warm atmosphere.

I must admit that my experience was not pleasant. The room was too small and dirty, with spots on the walls and doors.
