Perfect location, safe walk to main streets and grocery store.

During my recent stay at Casa Elda, I was impressed by the convenience of the location. It was just a short and safe walk to the main streets of Tulum and the local grocery store. The hotel also had strong water pressure and hot water throughout my stay. The pool and balconies were a great addition and the staff, particularly Bryan and Luciano, were incredibly helpful and attentive. The highlight of my trip was the tour with Val, a recommended taxi driver, who provided valuable insights into the area and gave fantastic recommendations. I had a pleasant experience at Casa Elda.

There were a couple of minor issues during my stay, such as a temporary power outage and internet connectivity problems. However, the staff promptly addressed these concerns and resolved them efficiently.

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated in a peaceful neighborhood that is a short distance from both the main strip of town and the beach area. Guests can easily access the shops, restaurants, and bus station by foot or bike, thanks to the convenient central location. the beautiful garden surrounding the property adds to the overall ambiance, providing a pleasant and tranquil atmosphere for guests to relax in.

There was no dedicated area to dry our towels, whether it be outside or inside the room.

This place was a real surprise. The room was beautiful, big, and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a work desk. The wifi was powerful and there was even a little pool outside in front of my terrace. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to the main streets and a grocery store nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive to all my requests. a great place at a super good price!

Julie, our host, was incredibly helpful and provided us with excellent recommendations for activities and dining options. From the modern and beautiful design to the friendly staff, Casa Elda exceeded our expectations. With its great value for money, spacious rooms, and reliable internet connection, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We loved our stay at this newly renovated hotel. The private feel and small number of guests made it easy to enjoy the facilities. The rooms were lovely, with a huge double bed that was so comfortable. The pool and rooftop terrace were amazing, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. As bike riders, we really appreciated the 20-minute cycle path to the beach. The location was also great, close to bars and restaurants, and just a short and safe walk to the main streets of Tulum pueblo. The staff were incredibly helpful, giving us recommendations and assistance for tours and restaurants. a fantastic experience.

The location of the apartments is perfect - close to restaurants and the main roads to the beach, yet in a quiet area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added benefit of a small kitchenette. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The beautiful garden and pool provide a peaceful oasis after a long day of exploring. guests can enjoy free amenities such as bikes and free drinks in the room.

It would be nice to have some room cleaning for guests staying multiple nights.

Lovely stay at a place with it all - pool, terrace, garden, and even a barbecue. I could rent a bike or car, and the airport shuttle was just a little extra. Oh, and they had a toaster, you know, for the important stuff.

I mean, really, who needs a bigger kitchen? And socks that grow in the laundry?

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. We loved that the room had a kitchen, fridge, and even a coffee machine. the staff were all friendly and helpful. the amenities were fantastic - the air conditioning worked perfectly, the TV had streaming available, and we even had free drinks in the room on check-in. the option to rent free bikes was a bonus, and we enjoyed exploring the area. the garden and pool were beautiful and provided a peaceful oasis to relax in. we couldn't fault our experience at Casa Elda.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and tastefully decorated without being cluttered. The kitchenette was clean and well-stocked with coffee, tea, and cold drinks. The hotel also provided drinking water daily, which was a nice convenience. The location of the property was great, with plenty of restaurants and a convenience store just a short walk away.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. During our stay, the cleaning staff took all our towels and did not refill the shampoo and soap.
