I recently stayed at Downtown Forest Hostel & Camping for a couple of days and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, close to Urzupis, a lively and alternative borough of the city, yet nestled in a calm forest. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they offer complimentary tea and coffee in the mornings. The hostel also has a charming countryside area where you can enjoy delicious Lithuanian beer and soak in the great atmosphere. it was a delightful stay with a unique touch.

The hostel also offers a basement working space with good wifi. the rooms are clean and the hall is stylishly decorated.

The bunk beds and lockers inside the rooms are somewhat small, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

The shared dorm rooms can sometimes be uncomfortable, especially for solo female travelers. It would be more ideal if the hostel could assign men and women to different rooms to ensure a more comfortable and secure stay.

I recently stayed at Downtown Forest Hostel & Camping for 24 hours due to flight issues. It was my first time staying at a hostel and it was wonderful. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, with the old town and a food court just a stone's throw away. The bed and room were spacious and comfortable. The hostel had lockers for storing valuables and the common areas were well equipped. The showers and toilets were plentiful and impeccably clean. The croissants were delicious and there was complimentary coffee and tea available.

I had an amazing time at the hostel. The bungalow I stayed in was clean, spacious, and cozy. I loved starting my mornings with a cup of coffee on the front porch. downtown forest hostel & camping was an incredible stay! the outdoor concerts and festival vibe added so much fun to our time in vilnius. plus, the bolt taxi was super cheap and convenient for getting to the hostel from the airport. highly recommend!
