We absolutely loved our stay at Master Gramado Hotel! The views of the Sierra Gaucha mountains from our room were absolutely breathtaking. The hotel had great facilities including a fantastic swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center. The staff, especially Paulo Viana at the reception, Francisco at the restaurant and room service, Katherine the room maid, and Jackson the barman at the swimming pool. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling main street, close to good restaurants and attractions but thankfully far from the crowds. The rooms were lovely, and we particularly enjoyed having a balcony where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. We also appreciated the nice gardens on the premises.

We felt incredibly well taken care of throughout our entire stay and had absolutely no reason to complain.

We did experience some slow service at the front desk during check, in. Despite having multiple clerks, there was still a significant wait time.

The hotel had an amazing playground for kids that kept them entertained for hours. the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for families with cribs. the location of the hotel was also great, close to everything in the city.

The only downside was that we could hear the TV noise from the room next door. I mentioned this during check-out and hopefully, they will address the issue.
