We had an amazing stay at Pacai, a stunning hotel in Vilnius. The location was perfect, and we loved the modern yet cozy interior. The incorporation of old stones in the walls added a touch of history. The pricing was also very fair, which was a pleasant surprise.

Excellent customer service with friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully designed rooms with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. the breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. the hotel's location is ideal, right in the heart of the city, close to all major attractions and public transportation. Free Wi-Fi and a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby were nice additional touches.

Some issues with room service, missing covers, and glasses. the restaurant could use improvement in terms of both, service and presentation.

As youngsters, we loved the trendy and modern design of the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and the blend of old and new was impressive. The location in the Old Town was very convenient, and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful.

Felt like it was our own home, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the interior design was contemporary and sophisticated. We were impressed with the attention to detail, such as the Nespresso coffee machine and high-quality plant-based milk in the room. the spa and wellness facilities were luxurious and exclusive, adding to the already impressive amenities available.

While there were very few negatives, we did notice a minor issue with the restaurant's limited vegetarian options. the staff was accommodating and made sure to provide delicious alternatives.

The facilities at Hotel Pacai were impressive - brand new spa, excellent treatments, and a massage. The staff was professional and went above and beyond.

Located in the heart of the old town, this hotel offers a convenient base for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and stylish, with modern amenities. The bathroom is fantastic, with luxurious fixtures. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast selection is complete and satisfying. And if you're lucky, you might even get a room with a view of the skyline.

The parking can be quite expensive.

We were immediately impressed by the warm welcome we received upon arrival. The staff at Pacai, Vilnius, A Member Of Design Hotels were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We were offered a room upgrade and the options were clearly explained to us in advance, which we appreciated. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with a lovely balcony. Although the balcony didn't offer views due to a barrier, we were informed it was to limit ambient noise. The spa facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed a rejuvenating massage and facial. The location of the hotel in the heart of the old town was perfect for exploring Vilnius. Breakfast was delicious and offered a healthy variety of options. our experience at Pacai, Vilnius, A Member Of Design Hotels was exceptional and we highly recommend it.

While our stay was mostly flawless, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The hotel can be noisy at times, particularly during special occasions like wedding parties.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, modern look and feel, perfectly located, grandeur feeling with mix of modern and old elements.

There was nothing I didn't like.
