Friendly staff and good service. The location was quite central and in a prime spot. Free drinks given at the cafe were an added bonus.

The room was quite small and outdated. The air conditioning was not working properly during our Easter break, which made it quite uncomfortable.

The venue is beautifully designed with exclusive amenities, such as the modern Spa & Wellness Centre and a fully-equipped gym. The staff provided impeccable service, always making me feel welcome and ensuring my needs were fulfilled. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the historic Old Town.

My room lacked a private balcony or garden area, which would have added an extra touch of luxury. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food, but the hot dishes could have been kept warmer.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room was clean and comfortable, with a super comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We were also impressed with the speedy and reliable WiFi throughout the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city's Old Town. it was a great experience and we would definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to Vilnius.
