The rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning and good wifi. The breakfast is included and offers a variety of freshly cooked options. a great experience.

We had an amazing stay at Memory Homestay! The location was stunning, right on the river with clean and blue water. We loved swimming in it and using the free paddleboards provided. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruits and amazing omelettes. The room was clean and comfortable, and the balcony had a breathtaking view. The rooftop area was perfect for relaxing in the hammocks or enjoying breakfast with a view. The pool was a great way to cool off after a hot day, although with the river nearby, we didn't even need it. The free bicycles were a convenient way to explore the area. The staff, although limited in English, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check-in early. And there were great veggie/vegan restaurants nearby.

The family who runs it made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic shower and a super cozy bed. the highlight was definitely the delicious Vietnamese meal we had for dinner and the incredible breakfast the next morning. We also loved the beautiful location right on the river and the use of free bikes to explore the local villages. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Finding the homestay was a bit challenging at first. 📍

During my xmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the location of the hotel. It was conveniently close to the Phong Nha cave, making it easy for me to explore this popular attraction. the hotel offered complimentary bicycles, allowing me to freely explore the surrounding area and discover hidden gems at my own pace. The view from the room was also a pleasant surprise, with stunning river views that added to the overall appeal of the hotel.

the cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. It seemed like they didn't pay much attention to maintaining the hotel's cleanliness, and there were some plumbing issues that caused an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Absolutely brilliant stay, Levi and all the other friends and family we met were fantastic. The room is well equipped with everything you need, the balconies and communal decking areas come with the most incredible views. The owner was super helpful and friendly, and his staff members are also smiley and lovely. Shared use of bicycles, SUP board, and swimming pool felt wonderful. The available cold drinks for a reasonable price were helpful, as was the pool and the large shared balcony with hammocks and fans. The owner arranged transfers to and from the airport for us and was able to arrange laundry service during our stay. The owner's mother even arranged for me to get my nails done. The mattresses were comfortable and the room was quiet. Very good value for money.
