The buffet breakfast offered a fantastic selection of pastries and coffee to start my day right.

great location but noisy evenings

My stay at Novotel Vilnius Centre was enjoyable, thanks to its prime location—just a short walk to the main square. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast spread was decent. I appreciated the attentive staff and the clean, modern rooms.

However, the evenings were quite loud. the lobby music was a bit overwhelming for working or relaxing. Plus, I faced a bit of disappointment when I needed an early check-in due to the cold weather, but no flexibility was offered.

the room was a like a fishbowl, no privacy at all due to the courtyard layout. absolutely ridiculous! and don't even get me started on the glass bathroom wall, just what I wanted, a show for my neighbors. I expected an upgrade for my troubles, but apparently, that's too much to ask at this place. absoluteley shameful.

i had high expectations but was deeply disappointed. the towels in my room had hair on them, gross! and i had to wonder why the sauna was off during my stay, isn’t that what people come for? a complimentary upgrade or gift woudl ve been nice but clearly, my needs were not a priority. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Convenient location to access the center of Vilnius town.

The temperature in my room was incredibly hot, and the air conditioning didn't work, which led to a restless night as I had to leave the window open. Despite my attempts to address the situation at the front desk, the response was unhelpful. Also, the breakfast experience was frustrating. key items like bananas and pancakes ran out quickly, making it difficult to enjoy the meal.
