The staff at Dex Tlaquepaque went above and beyond to help me with a package shipping issue. Their outstanding customer service made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also located in a vibrant area, close to main attractions. Despite some minor improvements needed, I highly recommend this gem of a hotel. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's acoustics are not the best, causing echoes throughout the building and potentially disturbing sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Dex in Tlaquepaque! the hotel is brand new and located on a quiet street just off the vibrant Independencia Avenue. My room was spacious with a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. I loved the balcony overlooking the pool, which offered a peaceful environment to relax. the staff, particularly Paula and Carlos, were welcoming and always went above and beyond to assist me. They even helped me track a package that got delayed. the hotel's design is minimalist and stylish, with wooden floors and marble tiles. Breakfast included coffee, fruits, and muffins. the experience was superb!
