We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The facilities, especially the Life Balance Spa, were excellent. The location was perfect, near the beach and with a great pool area. The staff provided exceptional service and even went out of their way to return our forgotten belongings to us in Vilnius. The interior design was impressive, and the food at breakfast was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch spa, convenient location, and outstanding staff.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a true 5* resort in Palanga. The hotel was just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, a gorgeous park, and the town centre. The hotel itself was beautifully presented and the rooms were spacious, smart, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a delicious and huge variety of options. The sauna and swimming pool complex were great, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. the hotel was on par with 5* hotels worldwide and was the best I’ve experienced in Lithuania. I'm looking forward to coming back!

While there were a few minor downsides, such as the mattress not being amazingly comfortable and the tilted floor in the design building not being to everyone's liking, these did not significantly impact my overall enjoyment of the stay. Additionally, there were a few issues with communication, such as the hotel reception not picking up the phone and being informed of the parking fee upon departure without prior notice.

My stay at the hotel was a luxurious and fulfilling experience. The Spa and wellness centre was an exclusive amenity that provided the perfect relaxation with the sauna and the body scrub. The massage provided by the Spa lounge was exceptional and the beauty treatment added to the overall luxurious experience of the hotel. Besides, the sun terrace was an added advantage that provided a great view of the serene location. The rooms had a lot of exclusive advantages with private facilities and in-room breakfast, which made the whole experience more comfortable.

There was a lack of information on additional services in the city and the hotel's location, which could have helped me explore the location better. Despite all the luxurious amenities, the hotel was lacking a kids' area for families making it a less family-friendly venue.
