The Ffolkes Hotel in Hillington was great value for money, with excellent rooms and service. The location was convenient for exploring Norfolk and the staff, especially Marlene and Jason, were the best ever - friendly and helpful.

Breakfast selection could be improved with a self-toasting machine and a variety of bread options for guests to choose from.

Clean, modern room with comfortable bed, well-designed work area, and excellent bathroom facilities. Tastefully presented tea/coffee provisions. Enjoyed a good night's sleep followed by an amazing breakfast. Friendly staff, fast check-in/out process, and ample parking. Convenient location for visiting Sandringham and exploring the local area.

Lovely rooms and cozy bar area with open fire. The homemade biscuits and fresh milk in the family room were a nice touch. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of options. Despite some room issues, the staff were attentive. I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic, amazing, ample. The room was clean, well decorated, king size bed. Staff were friendly, helpful. Plenty of power points, fridge in room.

Great hotel for bigger groups of friends, with stylish rooms and a large bathroom. The superking sized bed was comfortable with soft bedding. The staff were friendly and the breakfast and lunch options were excellent. The hotel also had a dairy-free and gluten-free menu. The outdoor play area was perfect for families with children. Convenient location for the coast and other attractions.

The rooms were recently renovated and everything was fresh and clean. the bed was big and super comfortable. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. the location was also great, very close to the coast and other attractions.

The lighting in the "courtyard" rooms was quite dim, almost gloomy, making it hard to see inside the wardrobe and kettle area. the prices for some dishes at the restaurant seemed a bit expensive for what they were.

The room was clean and cozy, perfect for a romantic escape. the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. the location was convenient, close to popular attractions and easy to find. We also enjoyed the delicious meals served at the hotel's restaurant.

We found the room to be quite chilly, even with the heating on. It was also difficult to find staff when we needed assistance, as it seemed like the restaurant and function room took priority.
