The hotel location was near to all the Christmas markets and festivities which was very convenient. We also appreciated the complementary cookies and hot cocoa that were offered in the lobby. the room was also very warm and cozy, making it perfect for cold winter nights.

We were also charged extra for using the sauna, which we were not informed about beforehand. the gym was very small and outdated, and the equipment was not functioning properly.
