I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Narutis is a 500-year-old historical building with comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel also has a nice spa in the Gothic-style basement, perfect for relaxation. The buffet offered a varied selection that would suit different diets. The staff were service-minded and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and would love to come back again.

We had a romantic escape and the hotel was perfect for it. the room was beautifully decorated, with high-quality furniture and fittings. the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. the location of the hotel was fantastic, within easy walking distance of all the sights in the old town. We loved exploring the charming streets and discovering hidden gems.

The only minor issue we had was with the shower. It experienced slight variations in temperature, which could be a bit annoying.

The best aspects of my Xmas stay at this hotel were the friendly and helpful staff, and the delightful SPA facilities. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and comfortable, and the SPA offered a much-needed relaxation after a busy day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel's location in the heart of the Old Town was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the main attractions. It truly made our visit to the city convenient and memorable.

On the downside, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the lack of clear information upon arrival regarding breakfast and WiFi was a bit frustrating.
