During my Xmas holidays, I enjoyed staying in a hotel that offered hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby and provided complimentary festive decor in the room. This hotel has a perfect location in the heart of the city center, right in the middle of the pedestrian zone and overlooking the lively Christmas market. The basic amenities are satisfactory, and the rooms are nicely decorated with a separate hallway containing a wardrobe that leads to the bathroom. The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of fresh bakery items and boiled eggs, and the view of the Christmas market is stunning.

The fan in the room was quite noisy, but all in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at Francais! The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the square. Being able to watch live orchestral performances from our window was a special treat. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and all the attractions, including the Casements. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our trip a truly memorable one. The restaurant at the hotel had delicious food that we highly recommend trying.
