The staff, including Reuben, Suzanne, and Olga. The rooms are beautifully furnished with fabulous views. The shared space is cozy and stocked with delicious treats. The breakfast is good, and the service is top-notch. We would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic stay in the heart of Chiado. Tomaz provided excellent customer service, even preparing a to-go bag of goodies when we had to leave early. The room was fabulous with a balcony overlooking a beautiful plaza and ancient ruins. Super clean with homely touches. The owners, Fatima and Nuno, were kind and helpful. Great location for exploring the city. Would definitely return!

I recently stayed at Feeling Chiado 15 for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Baixa-Chiado Metro stop and close to many attractions like the Elevador de Santa Justa. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. I especially enjoyed the daily treats provided, like fresh fruit and port wine. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, especially in the evenings when I could listen to the music from the square below. Highly recommended!

They also prepared a package for us to take with us when we had to leave early for the airport, which was a thoughtful gesture. the hotel was clean and tastefully decorated, and we had a comfortable and quiet room. the location was perfect, right in the center of everything, with plenty of funky restaurants and bars nearby.

The hotel had several flights of stairs, which may be difficult for some people. However, for us, it was a good workout and a small price to pay for such wonderful accommodation.
