We were glad to find a hotel so Close to the airport that has a shuttle bus. The staff was polite and quickly provided a travel cot for our baby. The room was clean and basically equipped. The restaurant had tasty food. We liked the frequent shuttle from the hotel right next to the bus station.

We noticed some security concerns like no peepholes in the doors and no keycard required to access the elevator floors.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for us to catch our flight. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep before our early departure. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport, making our travel experience more convenient.

When we asked for assistance with our shuttle service, they were unresponsive and seemed disinterested in helping us. the poor customer service definitely put a damper on our overall experience at the hotel.

I recently stayed at Ibis for a business trip and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which was perfect for me as I had no luggage. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The dinner and breakfast options were delicious, and the staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly and professional. I was also impressed by the hotel's amenities, including an electric shoe brush at the entrance. Plus, it was easy and free to get to downtown Luxembourg by taking a short walk back to the airport and catching a free bus. I had a great experience at this hotel.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, as it was within walking distance of the airport and had a bus stop just 1 minute away, making it easy to access the city center or any other location. The rooms were modern and had a nice vibe, with comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere. Despite being near the airport, falling asleep was easy with the help of ear plugs. The hotel also offered free public transport in Luxembourg, which was a great bonus.

The check-in process could be improved as there was often a long queue, especially during late hours.

Great location right across from the airport, which made my early morning flight much easier. the staff were friendly and helpful, and even gave us complimentary drinks upon arrival. the restaurant had a good selection of food and drinks and the prices were reasonable.

The hotel seemed a bit outdated and in need of some renovation. the room we stayed in was a bit small and there was some mold in the bathroom.

This made it really convenient, especially during the holiday season when I had a lot of luggage to carry. Secondly, the check-in process was quick and hassle-free, allowing me to settle into my room and start enjoying my holiday right away. And finally, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modernity of the room. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. there wasn't much to do or see in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
