We absolutely loved our stay at this luxury hotel. The location right on the lake was breathtaking, with stunning views from our balcony. The hotel's proximity to the Promenade made exploring the area a breeze. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who made us feel appreciated and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room service was excellent, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast included with our stay. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, offering fantastic food and drinks with an incredible view. The hotel also provided a range of amenities, including car hire, dry cleaning, and grocery shopping service, which made our stay even more convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the center and right by the lake, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful views. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and the hotel is situated on the beach promenade, perfect for leisurely strolls. The rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. The friendly staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast, although limited in options, is enjoyable, especially with the nice coffee machine. the location and cozy rooms make this hotel a great choice for budget travelers.

The restaurant on the top floor was closed during our stay, which could have been a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal with stunning views.

Spent xmas on the lakefront at a cozy hotel with great amenities. Staff was amazing, going out of their way to make everything perfect, with inclusive breakfast and tasty desserts. the rooftop restaurant had mesmerizing views, candle-lit tables, midnight jazz, and seriously tasty food.

Rooms were outdated, not meeting the standards of a 4-star hotel. the live music played until 1am made it difficult to sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with a modern and comfortable room in the new wing. the bathroom, although small, was nice and clean. the rooftop restaurant where breakfast was served offered a stunning view of the lake and the city. On our wedding anniversary, the staff surprised us with wine, chocolates, and a thoughtful card, showing their incredible kindness and professionalism. Dinner reservations and room service arrangements were easily made, and the included breakfast was superb. the superior double room with a lake view and balcony provided breathtaking and relaxing scenery. Highly recommended!
