We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was near the Asia Jaya station, making it easy to travel around. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, especially Jacky and Siti. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. this place is highly recommended for families looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The reception desk could be more service-oriented, especially the manager who just started her shift. However, this minor issue did not detract from our enjoyable experience.
