Great location in the heart of the city, stylish design, comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, amazing restaurant with a variety of delicious food, excellent spa services.

The hotel is conveniently located near the stadium, making it easily accessible for attending events. It is also within walking distance of the main square, allowing for easy exploration of the city. The peaceful area next to the river provides a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast spread offers a variety of options to start the day off right.

The restaurant service could use some improvement, as some guests experienced issues with incorrect food orders and poor communication from the staff.

This hotel provides an exquisite Spa & Wellness Centre that offers a range of luxurious treatments including full body massages and facials. the entertainment lounge creates a warm atmosphere to enjoy live entertainment. The restaurant and bar offers a good location advantage who want to enjoy outdoor dining whilst indulging in special diet menus. Cons: We experienced a minor issue with a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, which was slightly outdated.

The room at Park Hotel & Spa was incredibly comfortable, with a spacious layout and modern design. The bed provided a fantastic night's sleep, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was also very central, offering convenient access to the city. The hotel's restaurant and spa were exceptional, providing delicious food and a highly relaxing experience. The staff was always attentive and ready to assist with any requests, making our stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend Park Hotel & Spa for a memorable and comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in a peaceful area next to the river, providing a tranquil atmosphere. It is just a few minutes' walk from the city center, allowing easy access to the attractions and amenities. The rooms have a trendy and hip design, creating a relaxing ambiance. The spa facilities are amazing, providing a luxurious experience. The staff at the reception are friendly and responsive, attending to guests' needs.

The hotel lacks proper cooling in the rooms, causing discomfort during hot weather.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with coffee, tea, and water included in the room, which was a nice touch. the location was key, as it was only a short walk to the city center and its attractions. the price was very reasonable and included both breakfast and access to the Spa and Fitness center.

The spa could use improvement, as the steam room had too much menthol which made it difficult to stay in for more than a few minutes. the staff's attitude also left much to be desired, as they were unfriendly and unhelpful when asked about the discount coupon system for the hotel's services.

As a disabled guest, I was pleased to find that the hotel had excellent accessibility, with facilities and amenities designed to cater to disabled guests.

I felt very satisfied with my stay and had no reason to complain.
