Had a great Easter stay at this hotel! the staff was really kind and welcoming. Loved the complementary chocolates and Easter eggs in our room, made us feel really special! the location was perfect, close to the river and a short walk to the main attractions. the on-site restaurant served really delicious food, especially the locally inspired dishes.

The soundproofing in the rooms was poor, and we could hear other guests talking in the hallways, which was quite disturbing. the breakfast buffet was not up to our expectations, not enough variety and some of the food was not fresh.

The staff were friendly and helpful, with reliable taxis arranged by the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with nice lighting. The facilities included a spa with hammam, steam bath, saunas, jacuzzi, and a warm pool. The hotel is conveniently located near the Jane Sandanski arena.

I would highly recommend this hotel.
