the location was perfect, close to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. the cleanliness was satisfactory, and the comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. the communal kitchen and lounge were well-equipped, and we appreciated the free local tea and drinking water. the area felt safe and quiet, and the daily cleaning of common areas was a nice touch. the staff was responsive, friendly, and helpful when we reached out. overall, a budget-friendly and basic yet pleasant stay.

Staying at this hotel in Tanah Rata was a blast! the staff here are super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the location is just perfect – close to everything, yet away from the hustle and bustle. the rooms are spacious and tidy, and you can even make yourself a nice cup of tea in the small kitchen area. Plus, the owner can help you book tours and transportation, which is super convenient.

One thing that can be improved is the ventilation in the rooms. Sometimes the air can feel a bit stale, especially if there aren't proper windows.

The location couldn't be better. It is in the heart of the town, which makes it easy to access all of the local restaurants and attractions. the staff is really helpful. They have a lot of good tips on what to see and do in the area. I also liked that the rooms are clean.

The room was very humid and musty. the bathroom wasn't very clean and the shower facilities were outdated.
