During our stay at Abell Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent location and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of food options and shops, making it easy to explore the local cuisine and do some shopping. The beds in our room were movable, allowing us to customize the sleeping arrangements for our family. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing us with amenities such as a water boiler, fridge, safe, and toiletries. Additionally, parking spots were available for our rental car. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

Helpful staff, manager, and guard. Clean hotel with guarded parking. Convenient location near shopping malls, seafood stalls, and banks. Free Wi-Fi and strong shower. Easy access to McD, Pizza Hut, and KFC.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is within walking distance to the Kuching waterfront and nearby restaurants such as Mcdonald's and Rj Ayam Penyet. It is also conveniently situated near the river, where there are great places to eat local foods.

The hotel does not have a gym or swimming pool, which may be a downside for some travelers looking for those facilities.

Location was superb, it was right in the center of everything. There were so many food options and attractions within walking distance. the staff were also friendly, helpful, and knew their way around the city. the room was cozy and clean with fresh towels provided every day.

the water was barely warm even at the highest temperature. the Wi-Fi was terribly slow and we couldn't even watch a movie on it.

on our recent family holiday in kuching, abell hotel exceeded our expectations. the clean and comfortable rooms, friendly receptionists, and convenient location near the waterfront made our stay enjoyable. we will definitely be back!

No swimming pool or gym.

This hotel is in the absolute center of everything in the city, just a stone's throw away from the iconic Cat statue and near the picturesque new Chinatown. The rooms are modern and well-designed, with updated bathrooms featuring real showers. Despite the small windows that offer no view, the rooms feel cozy and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Plus, the rates are very affordable, especially considering that breakfast is included.

All was just fine, no complaints whatsoever.
