I had a wonderful stay at Radisson. Ganga at the reception was extremely helpful, recommending sights and assisting with travel arrangements. The breakfast was 5-star worthy with ample choices and freshly prepared food. The staff were attentive to any additional requirements. The team went out of their way to make my stay memorable, surprising me with local sweets and a candle on Laxmi Puja. The hotel facilities, including the gym, pool, steam room, and sauna were excellent. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Personalized service and care made me feel at home. Special thanks to the chefs for catering to my dietary restrictions.

During my recent stay, I found the hotel's location to be incredibly convenient. The rooms were spacious, albeit with a slightly old-fashioned decor. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by a welcome fruit platter. The internet connection was excellent, especially for those on business trips. The Radisson Hotel offers two wings, the original and the new, which share facilities such as a gym with a pool, steam room, and sauna in the old wing, and a comprehensive spa in the new wing. I appreciated the seamless experience of being able to use the restaurants, cafes, and bars regardless of which wing I was staying in. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Additionally, there were convenient amenities nearby, such as a laundry service and great dining options like the Namaste Cafe and Vino Bistro.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They surprised me with local sweets and a candle for Laxmi Puja, and they were always helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, within walking distance of the main tourist area and close to a good market. The room service was excellent, with delicious food. I enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner outside on the balcony, and the staff, especially Birendra, were always attentive and ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the center and close proximity to the old capital of Bhaktapur. Additionally, the cafe in the new building served breakfast initially and was very close to some good shops for buying last-minute souvenirs.

Although the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating during my layover, the gym facilities were unsatisfactory with out-of-order cardio machines and no door closers on room doors, risking the security of personal belongings.

The location of the hotel is great, and the staff were very nice. The food at the hotel was also really good. Radisson is a well-maintained hotel with a friendly and polite staff.
