I can recommend this accommodation for its positive guest experience. the amenities provided, including live entertainment, massages, and karaoke, enhanced relaxation. the hotel's proximity to landmarks like the Sunday Market, Warisan Square, and the Sabah State Museum facilitated family bonding through exploring local culture and history.

Only downside was having to cope with stairs used by outsiders. Another guest was noisy, but not the owner's fault. a great experience! .

Climbing up all those stairs to my room was a workout! the staff were quick to guide me to the hotel, which was a relief with the busy surroundings. the room was clean and comfy, with all the facilities in top shape. Definitely coming back here if I swing by again!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Acj Residence @ Beside Cititel. the staff were extremely helpful and polite, ensuring all my needs were promptly met. the room was impeccably clean and comfortable, equipped with extra tea and coffee supplies.

Just stayed at this cozy hotel next to Cititel and had a great time! the location was amazing, so convenient for exploring the city. DEFINITELY coming back! Photos don't do justice to how nice it is. Can't wait to return.

My wife says that for dads, it would be great to have a designated play area for children within the hotel premises.

The room was modern and luxurious, with all the amenities we needed. Plus, the service was fantastic, with staff reachable through messaging apps. the location was also a plus, as it was close to a night food market and local music events. we felt like royalty and enjoyed our stay very much.

There were some downsides to our experience. the building itself was unappealing from the outside, and there was no elevator.
