The food is outstanding, with a delicious homemade dinner and excellent breakfasts served on the balcony. the hotel offers great value for money.

He provided torches, walking sticks, and even anti-leech balm for our hike. He arranged a delicious breakfast for us to take with us and even left a thermos of tea to enjoy before our early morning walk. Additionally, he helped us arrange a reasonably priced taxi to pick us up from the train station in Hatton. I had a wonderful experience at Queensark and highly recommend it.

The staff was friendly, the balcony had a great view, and the wi-fi worked well in the room. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at a comfortable and spacious room with a nice balcony and great view. the staff, including Nimal and his team, were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Nimal even surprised us with a taxi at a discounted price from the train station. the food at Queensark was some of the best we had in Sri Lanka, and it set us up perfectly for our climb of Adam's Peak. We were provided with tea, coffee, fruit, and water for our early morning hike, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast and easy drive back to Hatton afterwards. the rooms were clean and the hygiene was good. Hot water was available. the staff was kind and welcoming.
