I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location in the vibrant Bangsar village was perfect, with plenty of great dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a bit more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.

Contemporary decor, spacious rooms with a good view, lovely living room with snacks and coffee, memorable dining experience, tranquil oasis in the city.

I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated right next to the Bangsar LRT station with a linked bridge for easy access. There were plenty of restaurants in the area, making dining options incredibly convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with a wide bed that could easily fit a family of four. I also enjoyed the daily breakfast sets and the friendly service from the staff. The hotel had great facilities, including a gym that was open 24/7 and a rooftop bar with stunning views.

The confusing layout of the hotel, as guests had to take two different elevators to get from the ground floor to their rooms.

the room was spacious, peaceful, and had all the exclusive advantages of a premium hotel. the staff was helpful, the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were both satisfying, and the restaurant served delicious halal food.

The only minor issue we had was with the bar/lounge area, which was a bit slow with service. this can be overlooked as it did not affect our overall experience positively.

Stayed here for a weekend and had a fantastic time! Loved the room's amenities, which included a kettle, iron, fridge, toiletries. the room size was unexpectedly big, making it perfect for couples. the hotel's location is very convenient, as it provides easy access to the train station, which is connected to popular shopping centers.

The elevators and navigation overall is not convenient, which can cause difficulties when trying to access areas such as the lobby or rooms, especially with the need to use multiple lifts. the check-in process was quite slow.
