The home-cooked meals every night were on par with the best restaurants, and I didn't feel the need to eat anywhere else. Pablo's food was not only delicious, but also beautifully presented. The wine produced by the hotel was world-class, both the official label and the private off-label wine crafted by Pablo. this was a truly unique and unforgettable experience.

The location is perfect for exploring vineyards in Uco Valley, and the on-site restaurant at the La Azul vineyard serves excellent meals. It's a bit isolated, but that adds to the charm. Definitely worth staying here and escaping the hustle and bustle of Mendoza. Don't forget to take advantage of the free Wi-Fi, valet parking, and other amenities provided.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. Pablo and Shirley went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience, organizing bike and wine tours in other wineries, as well as a memorable horseback ride from a nearby ranch. the garden and swimming pool were perfect for relaxing and the food, including homemade bread, was always a delightful surprise.
