We had a magnificent stay at Amari! The executive club lounge offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the causeway link to Singapore. The staff in the lounge took excellent care of my family and our child. Kudos to the Malay trainee guy and the full-time Sabah lady who made our breakfast experience delightful. The location of the hotel was also great, and the room was comfortable and well-designed. The toiletries smelled amazing, and the iron and hair dryer provided were of great quality. we had a satisfying experience.

There were a few drawbacks. the executive room was not properly cleaned as we found two empty bottles under the bed, which were still there throughout our stay.

We had an amazing short stay in the heart of the city, just steps away from the bustling train station and a variety of restaurants. Our spacious and clean room offered us a breathtaking view of the city. The service was friendly and accommodating, and breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options to start our day.

While checking in, there was a bit of a delay and confusion with our room reservation.

I had a great stay at this conveniently located hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, and my room had a breathtaking view of the city. The amenities such as the family room and billiard game were an added bonus. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Spent New Year’s with my loved ones at this hotel and it was a pleasant experience. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks upon arrival and there was a fruit platter in the room waiting for us. the location was perfect as it was walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our time at the pool as well, with direct access from our room. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food to choose from which we loved.

There were some aspects that we didn’t enjoy as much. the room we were allocated didn’t have the best view and the staff didn’t fulfill our request for room decoration despite it being our anniversary.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Very friendly and professional staff named Ryan at Reception. Breakfast staff members were extremely hospitable. Convenient location opposite two malls and 24-hour kedai kopi opposite hotel. Wide range of cheap food. Leave luggage in locker room. Superb breakfast spread.

We had an amazing time here. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the central so everything was rather convenient. The staff were friendly and efficient in assisting with fast check-in and check-out. We loved having a selection of leisure and relaxation options like the swimming pool, massage, turkish bath, and spa & wellness centre, which helped us unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Additionally, the room amenities like the soundproofed rooms, mini-bar, refrigerator, and flat-screen tv added a nice touch to our stay.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional, meeting all my needs for a truly indulgent stay. The outdoor swimming pool was stunning and perfect for a relaxing afternoon in the sun. The spa centre was a particular highlight, with a variety of massage and wellness treatments available which I found to be very rejuvenating.

The only minor issue I experienced was the lack of halal food options at the hotel's restaurant. While still enjoyable, having more special diet menus available would have made the dining experience even better.
