the staff was fantastic and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. the location is peaceful, with 7/11 next door, ideal for grabbing essentials. It’s close to restaurants and a park for a good jog. the room amenities were perfect, and I could easily order food delivery. Grab service was convenient, and there's a helpful lift for easy access.

Our stay at Amigo was exceptional. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The twin room we stayed in was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We were also impressed with the strong water pressure in the shower and the lovely view from our room. The hotel's proximity to a 7-Eleven was convenient, and the fast WiFi was a bonus. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

One drawback was the lack of soundproofing in the room, as we could hear noise from the surrounding area, particularly at night. Additionally, we noticed a leftover plastic bag in the fridge from the previous guests, which should have been checked by housekeeping before our arrival.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, with the city center just a short walk away. Additionally, there are convenience stores nearby for any last-minute needs. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to provide guidance for tourists. The modern design of the hotel creates a comfortable and high-standard atmosphere. Furthermore, the hotel is a non-smoking zone, which is great for non-smokers.

The hotel lacks security personnel on duty, which can be a concern for some guests.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel during our recent stay in Miri. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always attentive to our needs. When I requested some extra amenities, they were prompt in providing them. the location at the Marina side is strategic, with easy access to various eateries and bars where you can enjoy local cuisine and nightlife. the room was stylish and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view outside. the proximity to Coco Cabana and other attractions made it convenient to explore the city on foot.

While our overall stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of areas that could be enhanced. For instance, the bathroom setup with semi-transparent doors could be uncomfortable for some guests, especially those not traveling as couples.

Had an Easter stay here and we were impressed with the complementary goodies in the room. Lovely clean beddings and fluffy towels, hot shower with great water pressure, and a hairdryer that did the job. Location is also key; plenty of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area within easy walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the view of the city from our room, which was an added advantage.

The soundproofing wasn’t great, we could hear the noises from other rooms. And on one occasion some drilling woke us up in the morning.

Great location near cafes and restaurants, clean and comfortable rooms, exceptional staff, convenient amenities like water filter and baggage scales.

Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints at all.
