The location of this place is fantastic, as it is centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions and important places. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the area without having to travel far. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, providing enhanced comfort and quality amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff here were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. From the porter to the room service, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the reception and restaurant staff. They made sure we were comfortable and even allowed us to get drinks free of charge when we were exhausted from our long flight. The location of the hotel was also great, with plenty of public transport options and a variety of food choices within walking distance. Additionally, the room we stayed in had a good view of the city center, which was a nice bonus.

Our stay was marred by some renovation works that were taking place in the hotel. We could occasionally hear drilling and hammering, although it wasn't too loud to disturb our sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is perfect, being located in the center of downtown. It was very convenient to reach some important places just by taking a short walk here. The room amenities were great as well. The air conditioning and wi-fi in rooms were very helpful. It’s also great that the hotel provided free toiletries, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle in the room. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were also a plus. The staff here were friendly, although they could have been trained better in service.

All things considered, we would definitely recommend this venue to all.

The location was excellent with a view of the Petronis Towers. The doormen were the best in terms of language skills and local knowledge. The breakfast offered a variety of Malaysian, western, and Indian food. The suites were spacious for a family, perfect for guests with children. The cleaning staff was very helpful.
