Upon arrival at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern aesthetic and convenient location near various transportation options. the room was cozy, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with necessary toiletries provided. I particularly enjoyed the easy access to nearby shopping areas and food establishments. Although there were minor issues with some parts of the room, overall, my experience at Astar Hotel was satisfactory. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The room was so tiny, I felt like I was in a game of Tetris trying to fit everything in. the staff were super helpful, especially when I accidentally created a mini flood in the bathroom. Would've been nice to have a cuppa though, had to get creative with that disposable plastic cup. a quirky experience in a bustling location. Cheers to the next adventure! .

It's also convenient for taxis and near the MRT station. the service is top-notch, with responsive and kind staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and easy access to transportation options. the hotel's modern aesthetic and cleanliness enhance the overall experience, and the proximity to attractions like Jalan Alor and various landmarks adds to the convenience and enjoyment of the stay. the sense of safety with working CCTV and the abundance of food options nearby are highlights that contribute to a relaxing and memorable experience for families, allowing for enjoyable bonding moments while exploring iconic destinations like Low Yat Plaza, the Petronas Twin Towers, and Alor Street.

We found the room and bathroom clean with good shower pressure. Conveniently located near shopping and public transport. Friendly staff always willing to help. Close to delicious food options on Jalan Alor.
